Overview
We own this discipline end to end — scoping the work, engineering it on paper, building it with our own crews and bringing it to a commissioned, signed-off state. No sub-contracted hand-offs means accountability sits with one team from the first drawing to the final test.
From domestic installations to 33 kV powerline construction, we design, install, test and commission the full electrical stack: transformers, switchgear, APFC banks, MV/LV cable systems, solar PV and generators. Every circuit is run, terminated, torqued and labelled against a documented schedule, so the as-built matches the drawings line for line — the difference between an install that runs for years and one that nuisance-trips on day one.
Our work spans Kampala and Uganda's industrial corridors — from Coca-Cola's HUSKY/SACMI preform lines at Namanve to medium-voltage connections at the Masanafu roundabout and plant at Kakira. Wherever the job sits, the standard is the same: built to specification, inspected before energising, and documented for the people who run it after we leave.

- Automatic power factor correction (APFC) banks sized to switching loads
- 33 kV powerline construction, t-offs and conductor stringing to utility standard
- Generator sets and grid-to-generator synchronising panels
- Solar PV: rooftop and ground-mount arrays, string inverters and net metering
- Cable containment, termination, torquing and circuit labelling to schedule
- Testing, commissioning and time-of-use metering with full handover records
Process
How we deliver

Scope & design
We define the scope, model the loads and produce the drawings — single-line diagrams, schedules and detailed designs — so the build is resolved on paper before work starts on site.

Fabrication & build
Panels, steel and containment are fabricated by our own crews to the as-found conditions, assembled and quality-checked on the bench before they ever see site power.

Installation
Every circuit, connection and member is installed, terminated, torqued and labelled against the schedule, so the as-built matches the design line for line.

Commissioning & handover
We test, energise and prove the installation against its start-up sequence, then hand over full documentation — drawings, test sheets and an as-built record.
