Transients Engineering Services works where power, structure and process meet. The same in-house teams that string a 33kV line also fabricate the steel above it and wire the machine at the end of it — so accountability stays with one engineer from first drawing to final commissioning, whatever the sector.
Sugar & Agro-processing
Sugar and agro-processing plants run hard, year-round, and every kilowatt and every shift counts. For Kakira Sugar Works we turned 18,000 square metres of factory roof into a 2.4 MWp rooftop solar array, sequenced around a live crushing season with zero unplanned shutdowns. We understand mill loads, ageing feeders and the cost of downtime — and engineer to cut both energy bills and risk.

Power & Utilities
Medium-voltage infrastructure is unforgiving, so we build it to utility standard and prove it before energising. At Masanafu roundabout in Kampala we designed and constructed a 33kV t-off for KS Hydropower — six 70-metre spans of conductor stringing through a live, built-up corridor, a 50kVA transformer and time-of-use metering. Every stage was inspected and signed off for clean utility connection.

Manufacturing & Industrial
A production line only runs as well as the power feeding it. For Coca-Cola Beverages at Namanve Industrial Park we delivered the full electrical scope behind the HUSKY 1 preform line — transformer, synchronising panel, APFC bank and main distribution board breaking out to the SACMI machine, preform molds, resin dryers and compressors. We owned the work end to end, from load schedules to a commissioned, signed-off handover.

Commercial & Institutional
Warehouses, logistics parks and institutional buildings need a structure that goes up clean and fast. At the Namanve Industrial Park we designed, fabricated and erected the primary steel frame for a 4,000 square-metre warehouse — 96 tonnes of hot-rolled portal frame raised in twelve weeks, engineered for Kampala-plateau wind loads with watertight weld and bolt inspection records. The cladding crews started the day after handover.
