Overview

TES installed the mechanical side of a beverage filling and bottling plant — positioning, levelling and connecting the rotary filler/capper, process vessels, skids and associated piping so the line could be brought into production.

The same team handled the supporting fabrication, so equipment, pipework and access steel were fitted together rather than handed between trades.

Process equipment

Stainless process vessels, rotary fillers and pressure equipment were set on their bases, aligned and connected into the process and utility piping, with valve manifolds and instrumentation made off ready for commissioning.

Pressure-vessel equipment positioned and connected on the line.

Fabrication

Pipework, handrails and support steel were cut, welded and finished on site by TES technicians, letting the install adapt to the real layout of the plant without waiting on outside fabricators.

In-house pipe and handrail welding by TES technicians in PPE.

“Equipment, pipework and the steel that supports it — installed and fabricated by one team.”
