TES delivers building and civil works alongside its engineering services — designing and constructing homes and supporting structures, and self-performing the trades that matter most for quality: concrete, masonry and finishes.

Each site is run by our own supervisors, so setting-out, levels and workmanship are checked as the structure goes up rather than corrected afterwards.

Work starts below ground: excavated pad and strip foundations, reinforced-concrete column cages and plinth beams set out and cast to the structural drawings, giving the building a stable, level base to grow from.

Block and brick walling is set to line and level, columns and ring beams cast in, and the structure carried through roofing, plastering and external finishes to a handover-ready building.

Where a site needs it, we handle the earthworks too — clearing, cut and fill and access — with plant on site to prepare the ground before the build begins.

Projects can be taken from concept: TES produces 3D architectural designs and visualisations so clients can see and sign off the building before a foundation is dug, then builds to that design.
